PAYMENTS

All Payments are required before work begins. Payments are made via Venmo or Zelle. Invoices are emailed to your contact email. All Payments are final and non-refundable.

FINAL FILES

All final files are delivered via dropbox folder for you to download at your convenience. Final files are available for 30 days at the link provided. After 30 days, the link will expire and Maguire Design Studio is not liable to hold onto any final files past 30 days. Please download and keep backups of your final files. Pattern files or elements in patterns may be reused for other brands.

ACCREDITATION AND PROMOTION

As the designer, Maguire Design Studio shall be entitled to place accreditation, as a hyperlink, in the form, size and location as incorporated by designer in the deliverables on each page of the final deliverables. Designer retains the right to reproduce, publish and display the deliverables in designer’s portfolios and websites, in galleries, blogs, design periodicals and other media or exhibits for the purposes of recognition of creative excellence or professional advancement, and to be credited with authorship of the deliverables in connection with such uses.

SUPPORT SERVICES

Once the final files are sent and website is launched any other revisions are supported at my hourly rate of $85.
